Take our VisionXP (VXP) Convection Soldering System for example. Drawing on our unprecedented thermal management expertise, this unique technology unlocks a series of operational benefits including energy efficient heat transfer for perfect profiling, an ingenious conveyor system, minimal waste heat with top quality insulation and constant nitrogen consumption.
What’s more, VXP also generates up to 50% less maintenance work with Pyrolysis, our pioneering residue management technology. Pyrolysis features in both preheating and peak zones, along with cold condensation in the cooling zone, to dramatically reduce liquid and crystalline residues.
Very little energy is required to purify the process gas, because heat is returned directly to the process without energy intensive cooling. The short distance from process gas purification to injection into the process chamber results in minimal heat loss and thus, greater energy efficiency.
Operating at approximately 500°C, Pyrolysis ensures a clean and dry reflow system for efficient, environmentally-friendly disposal of contamination. Used in combination with our state-of-the-art VXP system, the technology is a major benefit for your production process.
